A career built in hospitality, rooted in Arizona.
Brandon Watzman has spent more than a decade building and operating hospitality concepts — from chef-driven fast-casual brands to full-service restaurants. His operating background includes work with The Madera Group, parent of Tocaya Modern Mexican and Toca Madera, where modern design, ingredient quality, and disciplined unit economics defined the playbook.
Today, Brandon focuses his time on Arizona — mentoring early-stage founders, advising hospitality operators, and supporting nonprofits across the Valley. He believes great businesses and strong communities reinforce each other.
